      Early Years for children aged 3 to 5

      The ISK Bilingual Nursery provides an environment for the harmonious and comprehensive development of children through modern educational technologies and methods.

      Immersion in a bilingual environment is combined with an atmosphere of care and collaboration, where each child learns to explore the world, communicate, and build friendships.

      A Gentle Start to the World of Learning

      Our Early Years program welcomes children aged 3 to 5.

      We create a warm, stimulating, and bilingual environment (Russian and English) where learning happens through play, exploration, and active communication.

      Our Discovery program helps children confidently and joyfully take their first steps in education.

      Arts and Music

      Creativity is a vital part of our curriculum. Under the guidance of our educators, children draw, sculpt, sing, move to music, and learn to express emotions through various art forms. These activities help develop imagination, self-expression, and coordination.

      Health & Nutrition

      Throughout the day, children receive three fresh and balanced meals, play outdoors, and learn to care for themselves. Physical activity and a focus on well-being are an integral part of every day.

      What Makes Our Early Years Programme Special

      Bilingual Environment and Language Development
      All nursery groups are bilingual: instruction is in English, with Russian organically integrated into daily activities.

      We pay special attention to children for whom English is not their native language. Our educators help them master the language with confidence, while maintaining respect for their cultural roots.

      Each class has an expatriate teacher and a Russian-speaking assistant, ensuring effective support and a comfortable immersion into the language environment.


      Preparation for Primary School at ISK
      Education at ISK offers an ideal adaptation pathway for your child.

      From 3 to 18 years old, we consistently prepare students for the transition to Primary School and beyond through play-based learning, academic lessons, group projects, and individual presentations.

      A smooth, stress-free transition between age groups: Nursery → Primary School → Middle and High School → Admissions and preparation for study at top universities worldwide.

      08:10 - 08:30 - Greeting each other and welcoming a new day
      Our school day begins at 8:00.

      From this moment, educators greet children and their parents, creating an atmosphere of warmth and care.
      This time is not just "school drop-off" but a true morning ritual: smiles, brief chats, answering parents' questions, and setting a positive tone for a productive school day.

      Such a start helps children feel confident, calm, and happily engaged in school life.
      Balanced breakfast
      08:30 - 08:50 - Delicious breakfast prepared by our chefs.

      We provide three meals a day (halal), prepared by our chefs.
      * If your child has any dietary restrictions or special requirements, we will certainly accommodate them.

      09:10 - 10:50 -  During this period, students have lessons in English, Russian, Mathematics, and Music.

      All lessons are structured in a balanced way to ensure a comfortable workload, keeping children engaged and active.
      We pay special attention to our teaching methods: lessons are conducted in a playful and engaging atmosphere.

      This approach helps children easily grasp the material, avoid overworking, and enjoy the learning process.
      Sports and Games
      10:50 - 11:10 - Activities and sports
      Physical activity is an essential part of our students' day. We care not only about children's academic development but also about their health, strength, and stamina.

      During this time, students switch from academic studies to active games and sports exercises, which helps develop coordination, strengthen their bodies, and foster a healthy lifestyle.
      Lunch
      11:40 - 12:10 - A delicious lunch prepared by our chefs, always including a main course, a side dish, a salad bar, and dessert.

      We provide three halal meals per day, which are entirely prepared by our chefs.
      If your child has dietary restrictions or a special diet, we always take this into account.
      Quiet Time
      11:50 - 14:30 - An opportunity for body and mind to rest and recuperate

      Quiet time is provided for Discovery 1 and Discovery 2 groups, as well as for the Kinder Garden group.
      Dinner
      14:40 - 15:10 - A delicious dinner prepared by our chefs.

      We provide three halal meals per day, which are entirely prepared
      by our chefs.
      *If your child has any dietary restrictions or special requirements, we will certainly accommodate them.
      Interactive games
      14:50 - 15:30 - Free time for children to play games.

      After rest and dinner, children have a burst of energy, and we channel it productively. During this time, they play, move, and actively socialise with each other.
      Free play helps develop social skills, teaches teamwork, and encourages finding common ground with peers.
      These are most often group games that strengthen friendships and make the classroom atmosphere even warmer.
      After-school clubs
      15.40 - 17.00 - Yoga, games, art, neuro-gymnastics, football, dance, music, robotics.

      Children engage in all these activities from an early age, ensuring their holistic development.

      Personalised School Tour
      After completing the application form, an Admissions Manager will contact you for confirmation.
      You will be scheduled for a personalised school tour, where you will be shown and told everything about ISK. 

      School tours are conducted weekly in a personalised format for each family.
      Interview and Testing

      The format and content of entrance assessments depend on the applicant's age.

      The testing fee is 15,000 roubles, and includes 3 attempts.

      Test Results
      Please note that processing the test results for Early Years and Primary School takes 2 working days.

      For Middle and High School, it takes 1 working day.

      You will be notified of the Admissions Committee's decision by email within the period specified above.
      School Enrolment
      To confirm your intention to enrol at the International School of Kazan, you must:
      • Pay the enrolment fee
      •  Sign the enrolment agreement
      •  Submit the student's personal file (relevant for Middle School applicants)
      Additional documents to be provided before your child starts school:
      • Medical certificate form 026/U
      •  Immunisation certificate
      •  Current tuberculin test results
      Please note that without completing the above steps, your child will not be able to start school.
